SHIPPING POLICY

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders. This is subject to change at any time.
 
West Avenue is not responsible for delays in shipping times per UPS or USPS. We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered by the guaranteed shipping time as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order. We cannot be held liable USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) or UPS (1-800-742-5877). We will not refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping time.
 
West Avenue is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. The Postal Service or UPS will be solely responsible once the items have been shipped.
 
West Avenue is not responsible for items marker "delivered" by the post office. You will need to contact your local post office for information regarding your package.
 
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure he/she enters the shipping address correctly. You have 24 hours after your order has been placed to contact us at ShopWestAvenue1258@gmail.com about an incorrect shipping address. We will do our best to make all changes however, we cannot guarantee anything after the 24 hour window. If your shipping address is listed incorrect and we are contacted your order will be refunded and you must place another order with the correct address. We are not responsible and will not refund any items that are shipped to an incorrect address at the fault of the buyer.
