West Avenue ships within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
📍 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. West Avenue is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Orders returned due to address issues may require an additional shipping fee to be reshipped.
📬 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, West Avenue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist by providing shipping details if needed.
