All sales are subject to the terms outlined below. By placing an order with West Avenue, you agree to this return policy in full.
🔁 Returns
West Avenue maintains a strict 14-day return policy. Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Returns requested after this timeframe will not be accepted under any circumstances.
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Items must be in original condition

All original tags must be attached

Items must be returned in original packaging
Failure to meet these requirements will result in the return being denied.
🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
General Non-Returnable Items

Sale, discounted, or clearance items marked “Final Sale”

Gift cards (no cancellations or refunds)

Items with removed tags or missing original packaging, including shoe boxes
For Hygienic and Safety Reasons, the Following Items Are Final Sale

Washed or worn items

Earrings and cosmetics

Swimwear and intimates, including panties, lingerie sets, tights, bodysuits, and similar items

Undergarments of any kind
Additional Non-Returnable Categories

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants

Custom or personalized items, including special orders

Personal care or beauty products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
No exceptions will be made.
🧾 Proof of Purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all approved returns.
💳 Refunds
All approved returns are issued store credit only. Store credit will be delivered via email as a digital gift card and does not expire.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of approval or denial. West Avenue reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet policy requirements.
🛍 Sale Items
All sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
🔄 Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only for items that arrive defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email westavenueoffice@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved exchanges are for the same item only, subject to availability.
🎁 Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, approved returns will be issued as store credit to the recipient.
If the order was not marked as a gift, store credit will be issued to the original purchaser.
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75. West Avenue is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
